Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the Varhugi service ("the service"), operated at varhugi.is. By using the service you accept these terms.

The service

Varhugi provides online security-awareness modules, certificate issuance, an organisational dashboard, and related services. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we endeavour to keep it available at all times.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the prices shown at varhugi.is/verd. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, your current subscription continues at the same price until the end of the period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the company settings page at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Data

You own the data you put into the service, staff lists, training results, internal content. We process it only to provide you with the service. See the Varhugi privacy policy for details.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via settings. After cancellation we have 30 days to delete your data unless the law requires otherwise (for example, accounting law). We reserve the right to suspend access without notice if you breach these terms materially or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

Varhugi's liability for the service is limited to the amount you have paid for it in the 12 months preceding any claim. Varhugi is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost business, profit, or data, unless attributable to our gross negligence.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement will be heard before the District Court of Reykjavík (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).
